About Us

Dr. Maggie W. Dunn, Principle Consultant, has over 20 years of leadership experience in the technology and aerospace sectors of the Fortune 100. She is a Professional Certified Coach and provides leadership consulting and executive coaching for leaders from a wide range of industries including technology, health care, financial services, energy, automotive, retail, education and public service. She also enjoys providing consulting and executive coaching services for non-profit organizations.

Maggie approaches both executive and leadership team coaching as a partnership, with the intent to achieve client fulfillment and organizational success. She helps her clients deepen their self-awareness, understand the impact of their behaviors and make deliberate choices about opportunities on which to focus. A believer in the importance of leveraging strengths, Maggie strives to make coaching and team building an enjoyable process of discovery, commitment and tangible change.

Prior to her external executive coaching career, Maggie was with Motorola where she had overall talent management responsibility for international business units at every stage of the business life-cycle. She and her teams partnered with business leaders around the globe to develop their strategy, organizations, teams and talent. Before joining Motorola, Maggie was with McDonnell Douglas Corporation, now part of Boeing, where she established the company’s first career resource center and provided strategic acquisition integration support. She has been on the management faculty with Nova Southeastern University’s Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship since 2002, where she teaches leadership and HR courses in the MBA program.

Maggie is credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and is certified to administer and interpret a wide variety of leadership assessments. Maggie also holds the BCC, SPHR and SHRM-SCP credentials.
