Leading, Learning, Connecting

Prior to dedicating her career to executive and team coaching in 2007, Maggie enjoyed leading in global organizations in the technology and aerospace sectors of the Fortune 100. Maggie had overall talent management responsibility for global business units at every stage of the business lifecycle at Motorola. She and her teams partnered with business leaders around the world to develop their strategy, organizations, teams, and talent. With McDonnell Douglas Corporation (now part of Boeing) she specialized in talent development, acquisition integration and culture.

Maggie is credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as a Master Certified Coach (MCC), and is certified to administer and interpret a wide variety of leadership Assessments. Recognizing the invaluable role of colleague supervision in the development of best practices in coaching, she earned the European Mentoring and Coaching Centre’s (EMCC) Global Supervision Accreditation (ESIA), and is a member of both the EMCC and the Americas Coaching Supervision Network. Maggie earned her Doctorate in Business with a specialty in Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, and her Master’s in Education and Bachelor of Science in Psychology from American University. She has completed executive education programs at the University of Michigan and Northwestern University. A believer in the importance of community and connection, Maggie has been actively involved in every community where she has lived.
